For the past 15 years, I've spent my life coaching and personal training, helping people set goals, work through challenges, and become the best versions of themselves. One thing I've learned along the way is that everyone has a different story, different goals, and a different idea of what success looks like.
That's something I believe applies just as much to mortgages as it does to life.
I'm Nick Michailow, a Mortgage Agent, and I believe the process of buying a home, renewing a mortgage, or figuring out your next move should start with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
Maybe you're buying your first home, looking for your next property, coming up for mortgage renewal, or wondering what options you have with the equity in your home. Whatever your situation looks like, my goal is to help you understand your options, answer your questions, and find a path that makes sense for you.
My background as a coach has taught me the value of listening, being honest, and taking the time to understand what someone actually needs. I bring that same approach to every client I work with. No two people are the same, and I don't believe their mortgage solutions should be either.
For me, this is about more than a mortgage. It's about helping people make informed decisions, feel good about their next steps, and move forward with a better understanding of what's possible.
