I’ve known Nick for decades. Last year my mortgage was up for renewal and the changing rate environment was causing a lot of stress and anxiety. Nick listened, worked with me to find the best possible solution for my financial situation, and my mortgage was renewed with a term and rate I could afford. He’s kind, patient, a good communicator — no rushing or pressure with Nick, it’s about quality and the best results possible.

Nick Michailow has been my gym instructor for over 3 years and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and encouraging. He conscientiously puts together a different program for us every class, and helps individuals with modifications as their needs change. He has lots of energy and drive!

I appreciate how much Nick goes the extra mile for what and who he cares for. It’s not common to find altogether energetic, supportive, dedicated and consistent leadership through and through. You can count on Nick to take time to understand where you’re presently at and help bring to life only the best moving forward. Keep levelling up, Nick!

Nick made the process of financing my first home easy. He showed me how payments would look depending on my downpayment and purchase price. Once I found the house, he communicated promptly and clearly every step of the way, with me, my realtor, and my lawyer. He kept everything on schedule and clearly outlined my next action steps. He was professional and friendly in all interactions. I recommend his services.
